RAIN SPRAY CHAMBERS FOR TESTING HEADLIGHTS LIGHTS ENGINES AND ENCLOSURES OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS

the IP rain spray test chamber allows

  • to evaluate the resistance against rain, water spraying and humidity
  • to define the IP protection degree indicated by the second caracteristic numeral, against ingress of water in form of rain and splashing: against nebulized water and sprayed water

  • the spray test is performed with specimen rotation and oscillating tube revolution around the parts
  • spray nozzles cover the whole 180° of the semicircle of the oscillating tube
  • to simulate real working conditions headlights, lights, engines, motors and electrical equipments can be powered during the test
